<\/figure>\n\n\n\nInstagram<\/a> I have been experimenting with different lettering tools and methods to get an interesting rustic look, but still controlled. I have settled on a large flat brush, and breaking letters up into essential shapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “One letter, many passes \u2014 getting the weight and rhythm right before the whole alphabet follows.”<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n This is based on Insular minuscule, a script developed in Ireland in the eighth century, and still used in teaching the irish language in modern times. The writing of someone barely literate, but carefully forming the letters he learned from a monk when he was a child, to label his <\/p>\n\n\n\n product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not every leather good needs to be a masterwork \u2014 some just need to hold your tankard steady while you toast the evening’s raid, or keep your spell-scroll from creasing on the road. That’s where the range starts: simple, sturdy LARP accessories built for actual use at actual events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n From there it climbs. Drawstring bags. Everyday-carry purses that double as a belt pouch for your 1500s persona and a daily-carry bag for your 2026 one. Kidney belts and armor accents built for characters who mean business. Helmets, too \u2014 not built for the tournament field, but for looking the part without hauling five pounds of iron around on your neck all day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And at the top of the range \u2014 corsets, bracers, and accessories fit for a Pirate Queen \u2014 or a sorceress who answers to no one’s telling but her own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Patterns and full designs are still under wraps \u2014 but if you want a preview before launch, get on the newsletter.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n “An eight-point construction built from compass and straightedge alone \u2014 the same geometry that underlies rose windows, knotwork panels, and more than a few sleepless nights at the drafting table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “The triquetra \u2014 three interlocking arcs, one continuous line.
